- This is the restaurant number { 312 } in my page, and (157) in Lyon. - I was there for Diner in May 2016. - My Note is: (6 / 10)) And I put this restaurant in my Steel list (The worst list). - Quality of food (By comparing price to quality) (50 %): 5.75 / 10 The Appetizers: - The Main Dish: 3 The sweets: 7 - Hospitality and Service (25 %): 7 / 10 - The Ambience (include the decoration of the table and the restaurant) (25 %): 7 / 10 - Something to say: The mussel was so weird, so small, and so bad, but the sauce was good.
أعزائي، تعتبر وجبة بلح البحر من الوجبات المشهورة في فرنسا، فهناك مطاعم تختص فقط بطبخها، وأصل هذه الوجبة هو شمال فرنسا، بخصوص التقييم، فقد وضعت التعليق باللغة العربية في الأسفل. أما بالنسبة للتجربة، فقد كانت سيئة بسبب سوء جودو البلح المستخدم، ويرجع سبب ذلك بحسب رأيي لاستخدام الشف للبلح المتواجد في أسفل وعاء الطبخ، حيث يتم طبخ هذا الطبق في وعاء كبير، وما يكون في الأسفل لا يجب تقديمه للزبائن.
